Unlike most doctors who spend as little time as possible to see the next patients, Dr Yi takes time and genuinely cares for his patients. I've had numerous doctors previously but I can honestly say Dr Yi is the best. We need more doctors like him but unfortunately such a doctor is extremely rare as I found him after nearly 4 decades.
My mom does not speak English well. It is hard to find a doctor who can explain to her in Korean. My mom does not understand medical terms well. However, Dr. Yi is very patient, listens to all of her questions, and takes time to explain to her. Highly recommend and appreciate his care for patients.
Said he will call about blood test results, which I never received. It seems like I need to make another appointment just to receive the results of my basic screening.
Go elsewhere if you want a caring health professional. My 2 teens and I tried Dr. Yi for routine physical check-ups and all 3 of is felt it was the worst Dr.'s visit due to his awful bedside manner. The man had a frown on his face the whole time and appears as though he hates his job and (according to my son) his life as well. The most rude, uncaring physical exam we have ever experienced.
