Bought a BMW X5 18 months ago. Car has been nothing but problems probably spent $5k on it and has broken down yet again.
Good communication until I had a prepurchase inspection done on a car and found serious mechanical issues. After that they completely ghosted me. The car was also full of the last owner's belongings and was not well groomed. Best to avoid.
Arranged to meet to view vehicle. They do it didnt show up and wouldn't answer phone calls or messages. Complete waste of time.
Worst experience of my life. I Went there to get a car I felt like they not interested in selling car. One of the assistant gave me his number so I contact him about the car I was getting but he didn’t reply at all. It waste my 3 days.
