I contacted Abdul about my mother's 100 year old wooden jewelry box and brought it in for him to take a look. He showed me everything that needed to be done to restore its beauty-mirror needed to be replaced, hinges no longer made but would put something appropriate and refinish the wood. He answered the phone promptly and when I called back in a couple days after i had sent him some pics he had a reasonable quote ready for me.
