Very disappointed and feel misled by the pricing I recently went to Yugen Nail Spa after making an appointment through their website. I was extremely disappointed when I went to pay because the price I was charged was $71.73, despite the website showing the refill service at $49.50 when I booked. What is especially frustrating is that, based on the pricing presented on their own website, it actually would have cost me less to get an entirely new full set of nails than to get a refill. This was my first time doing my nails I was super nervous but the staff made me feel right at home which made the whole process so amazing I’m absolutely in love with my nails! The whole experience was amazing from start to finish. My nails turned out exactly how I wanted—beautiful, clean, and perfectly shaped. You can tell my nail tech really cares about making sure everything is perfect. I couldn’t have asked for a better first experience, and I’ll definitely be coming back! 💕 Highly recommend!
I had such an amazing experience here! 💅✨ I got the deluxe pedicure and a full set of acrylic nails, and I absolutely loved how everything turned out.
