I tryed to get an appointment yesterday I was offered 20 days later told to go to a different surgery? I didn’t sign up for a different surgery due to me not being able to drive due to epilepsy so limits me on distance which I told her because of this she said i’d refused to go to another surgery so I can’t be seen before! I was then told to call 111 finally the receptionist gave me a closer appointment after she kept insisting she hasn’t got anything closer for appointments? Useless practice unable to book appointments. Useless at issuing repeat prescriptions. Always have to go to surgery to request and even then have to return as staff useless performing basic tasks.
Absolutely rubbish system where you CANNOT get an appointment even for a 5 year old child!
My GP service for more than 15 years. I like the staff although it can difficult sometimes to get an appointment and speak to receptionist.
Visited this surgery for the first time today. Dr Molloo was very professional, thorough and kind in his approach. He left us with a really positive experience and feeling. Thank you, Doctor.
