Completely unaccommodating! I was 13 minutes late after driving 1.5 hours to bring my elderly dementia friend to a quick follow up appointment for an accident that she was in. The office is in the boondocks, in the middle of a large residential condominium complex. You have to go through a gate to get in, which was not manned, I tried getting someone on the speaker, which took several minutes, to determine if there was an office building in the parking lot in front of me. I am new to the area and was recommended to the practice. After driving around I got directions and was pleasantly surprised with Dr. Borschenko. He was pleasant, professional and listened to my medical issues. Am going back for follow-ups. I would recommend him to anyone!
Unprofessional! I was 12 minutes late to an appointment (which I understand is unprofessional in itself) but the building is HUGE and the office is incredibly difficult to find. The receptionist even agreed with me how challenging the building is to navigate and then seconds later she explained to me that Dr. Borshchenko canceled because he has a strict 10-minute rule. I will not be returning.
