We have been patients here for close to two decades. It has changed owners several times and the care and service has been consistently kind and compassionate. We are grateful to have such a wonderful team to care for our pup right in the neighborhood!
This place has really gone downhill. They are always understaffed and no longer even let you speak with a veterinarian, even if your pet has an injury and you just need some advice. This is a very expensive vet's office that no longer offers any benefits for it's higher than market pricing. The vets that I have worked with there are great, but it seems they have both quit now.
Brought my two senior kitties here for a little over a year. Good, but not perfect experience. They're a lot disorganized but largely very caring and responsive. I'm an established patient, they know me and my partner (and my cat!). Unfortunately, asking for an update on labwork yesterday culminated in an absolutely bizarre phone conversation with one of the receptionists that ended with "Look, we have lots of other patients. This place is amazing! The staff are so nice and professional. They found my dog who was lost, scanned his chip and reunited us 💜
