I had a bad experience with Kelsey Seybold and Yetunde Sokunbi and ended up writing two formal complaints to Patient Affairs. For starters, her bedside manner is rushed. Even her nurse said, "When she tells you she'll be right back, she won't, so be sure to ask all of your questions." I should have known then that she would be problematic. I have been seeing Dr. Sokunbi for at least the last five years as my primary physician. I greatly appreciate the consistent care, kindness, and compassion that she demonstrates. She always listens and asks thoughtful questions. I never feel as if she is dismissing my concerns or questions, nor does it ever feel like she is rushing me out to get to the next patient. She is great!
