I agree with everyone on here. I asked her if she enjoyed her job. I was new into my mental health journey and could not have had a worse experience. She is extremely cold. Hope she finds something she enjoys.
Horrible experience. One hour appointment took only 10 minutes. Doctor barely asked questions and when she did she kept interrupting. Wanted me to take medicine before doing blood work and didn't address the reason I made the appointment in the first place. Complete waste of time. She essentially knew what she was gonna prescribe me and didn't care what I had to say and sent me out. What kind of hour appointment only takes ten minutes. Doctors like this are the reason people don't go and get help in the first place.
Not worth your time. This place and her don't want to help you.
Please do not go to this person if you are having any kind of mental health crisis. I came in with notes (I’m anxious, okay? I need to write things down or I forget them 🥲) and a copy of already completed paperwork I wanted to ask her to look at from my workplace. She put her hand up and began angrily telling me she doesn’t “get involved” in paperwork and wouldn’t even allow me to talk about to notes I brought about my symptoms and medications. If you are at all able to choose someone else to see, do it. I have never felt more humiliated in my life than how I felt after my appointment with this doc. She repeatedly cut me off when I tried to explain why I was sad, and while I was in tears begging her for help all she told me was that “She doesn’t do that here.” I don’t know why she chose this career but it’s not the right one for her if she can’t even listen to her patients talk about their mental health issues when she is a psychiatrist.
