Excellent service and would totally recommend! Alternator went out in one of our trucks close to the shop. They waived the call out fee, did the repair, and got us back on the road quickly!
Would give negative stars if I could. Extremely rude lady who works the phone and front desk. But here’s what really matters Had to to leave my truck at their facility for over a month and an and half to have it fixed. Was leaking and having issues. Finally, They said it was good to go. We broke down about 15 miles east of Bozeman, and Yetti Diesel came right out to help us. They quickly diagnosed the problem and replaced our fuel line on the spot, getting us back on the road in no time. Their service was fast, professional, and reliable. I would definitely recommend these guys to anyone who needs help with their diesel truck!
They did nothing that I didn't already do myself. But I don't think anyone listened when I told them what had already been done to the truck. Tool forever for anyone to call me back. I was sent a bill without any communication as to what was happening with my vehicle. When I went to pick up my vehicle it didn't even run, which they said they got it running, and it wasn't put back together. So I paid them to rip my shit apart so I can put it back together. They suck.
If I could give 1000 stars I would I can’t say enough good things about this shop! I stopped in while traveling to have my truck checked before the rest of our 3200 mile trip with 1,500-miles left in the trek.
