Jing Yi "office manager" is extremely unprofessional and rude. This office is in it for their own interest. Be aware and avoid using them at all costs. And double check their numbers!! They shorted us on the payout and Jing refused to give us any information until Pam stepped in to apologize for the miscalculation. Terrible experience.

I don't normally write reviews but this was quite frustrating. As a first time home buyer, closing dates can be quite stressful, and to avoid this I had coordinated with Ralph via phone to ensure the file was prepared for the date alongside my notary. When I called the week prior to closing, not a single person seemed to know who was in charge of the file (it seemed they built the case right after I called...). Ralph is a great lawyer; he takes the time to walk through each of the items and parses out the key details that are relevant for your purposes.
