Outstanding is an understatement. Yeti Roofing was easily available, followed through on promises made, and were kind and professional from my first to the last call. Honestly, I sometimes hesitate contacting a contractor because I feel like it's going to be a big chore with me having to chase someone down, deal with cancellations, work not getting done, etc. NOT in this case! Zack went above and beyond with my insurance claim. The roof is six months old and have no problems with sky lights, vents, etc. The crew was neat and courteous. Highly recommend.
My 100+ year old house needed a proper new roof. Yeti did a quality job, in a timely fashion, at a reasonable price. When the old roof was removed we found that more work and materials were needed than originally estimated. Yeti was very fair and quick providing an updated estimate and was still able to complete the work within schedule. Yeti was able to replace our roof on the last two days of good weather before the snow hit. Pat helped us through the process and Kristen helped with paperwork needed by insurance. Best of all, the final bill was even a little less than the original estimate !
I highly recommend Yeti roofing! We requested a quote and Pat came out promptly and used the drone to measure for an estimate. Their order of materials was spot on. Pat was fast and responsive, he did not pressure or try to upsell. Yeti slipped out roof in a weather window.
