At times it hard to find a great company with great people but Yeti Cooling and Heating is definitely one of them. Customer service was immaculate and the technician Samuel was professional and extremely knowledgeable. So if you are on the fence between Yeti and another company, this is the place to go for your heating and cooling issues. Thanks again
We had a situation where our AC was blowing warm air. This happened late on a Sunday evening. I called Yeti to book an appointment for Monday. They said they could not get me in until Tuesday, but that they would try to squeeze me in if they had a cancellation. Lo and behold, they called me first thing Monday morning and I was able to have Samuel come by around lunch time to look at it. Samuel has been here before and he is a very pleasant young man. Macio (technician) was very professional and courteous in spite of my dogs following him around and sniffing. Very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. Feels so much cooler in the house + air coming from vents doesn’t smell like mildew. Great job and thank you!
