Had Samuel out to service our AC, he did a great job and was very nice and patient while explaining the problem for me to understand the process. Excellent service!
I was assigned Yeti through CPS for a free system service, and I truly wish they had assigned a different company. The technician arrived and immediately started telling my wife that we’d be charged if they had to fix anything—despite this being a free system service visit. Instead of performing the service, he claimed my system had “too many problems” to proceed and handed me an $1,100+ estimate. He even claimed my system was running at “less than 60% efficiency.” That’s hard to believe considering it’s the middle of summer... read more
