Training with John has not only increased my physical strength, but my self-confidence. He is personable, knowledgeable, supportive and accessible. John is attentive to what you and your body need. John is a fantastic trainer! I had a very specific goal, with a limited time frame, and he was instrumental in helping me reach it. Not only is he highly knowledgeable, he is also caring and invested in his clients’ progress. During my training schedule, which he wrote for me and I followed on my own, he would regularly check in on me, answer my questions, and give advice.
