Katie is a phenomenal sales employee with an unparalleled attitude for finding a client what they need. I went in there on my lunch break to find a gift for my roommate, and Katie assisted me in picking out the perfect Roadie 15 Cooler for him. Couldn’t ask for a better experience! The employee(s) helped me greatly today (09/16/2025). They were knowledgeable about the product and how to use it. Got me exactly what I needed. Were great to chat with, even though I wanted to be more in and out. I had a lot on my agenda that day. Looking forward to a driving trip, from Minnesota to Florida, back again to Minnesota, with my Yeti Tundra cooler and ice packs. Keeping my food and drinks, well cool. Using it as a impromptu seat along the way, and many more years to come with it all.
