I was so excited to see an actual Yeti store! The staff were extremely helpful and the store was beautifully organized. Lauren took the time to explain all of the possible cooler options for us and we left with the perfect fit for our lifestyle. We will definitely be back for all of our holiday shopping!
The store itself is nice but had a moderately frustrating experience with the service. I had gotten my husband a gift from here and the previous cashier sent me an e-receipt, he wanted to exchange the items and when providing the e-receipt the team members did not accept it, stating he needed the original credit card (which he didn’t have) 🙄🙄 Yeti - what’s the point of an e-receipt if we’re not able to use it?? Please make our lives easier.
