I contacted this company to do a carpet installation. They provided me an invoice for materials and installations and included at 40% discount. After I made my appointment, set my time aside to get it taken care of, Lee realized his mistake. The total cost quoted was less that the cost of materials. So he got upset and rude with me b/c he quoted me incorrectly and called off the job 2 hours prior to installation, asking me if I want the job done for free, although I am not the one who wrote up the invoice! Stay far away from using this company for any of their services! I had my carpet stretched and "cleaned" They made numerous cuts in the carpet, but the "cleaning" was the worst part. They take a spray bottle and lightly spray the carpet and then use an orbital buffer on the top of the carpet. They claim that when you vacuum 2 days later, all of the dirt comes up. It doesn't.
