I contacted this company to do a carpet installation. They provided me an invoice for materials and installations and included at 40% discount. After I made my appointment, set my time aside to get it taken care of, Lee realized his mistake. The total cost quoted was less that the cost of materials. So he got upset and rude with me b/c he quoted me incorrectly and called off the job 2 hours prior to installation, asking me if I want the job done for free, although I am not the one who wrote up the invoice! Stay far away from using this company for any of their services! I had my carpet stretched and "cleaned" They made numerous cuts in the carpet, but the "cleaning" was the worst part. They take a spray bottle and lightly spray the carpet and then use an orbital buffer on the top of the carpet. They claim that when you vacuum 2 days later, all of the dirt comes up. It doesn't. They lie about everything.
Stay far, far away from these con men! Had to pay $5,000 to have my bathroom REDONE after they tiled it incorrectly & the tiles began falling off the wall!!! They won't respond to you once you give them a check. They want a check before the grout even dries so they could disappear before the tiles begin to fall off!!!
