We ordered a banner and working with Steve and Robert on this project was very pleasant. Steve was supportive from the very beginning about ideas and layout considerations, validated the fact we were taking our time with the design as the banner would be making lasting first impressions, and overall he always was professional and encouraging in his communication with us. Went n to get materials for a memorial service for my mother. They were outstandingly helpful in helping me compose the narrative and select background for the posters. They checked with me during the process a couple of times when questions came up.
