We spoke to Craig Hopper, discussed the bathroom renovation we wanted, agreed a price and an installation date of 12 February 2024. The service we received during this installation was; 1. A broken pipe in the loft which collapsed the bedroom ceiling, and badly water stained and cracked bedroom walls, which I had to get repainted (several coats to cover the damage). 2. Great work from Craig - talked through problem on the phone and came round to have a look and explain options/give a quote, then sorted out getting parts at a good deal. Quick responses re finding a good time to do the work and went above and beyond to help troubleshoot some other issues beyond the main job. Very friendly and gave clear explanations about work needing done. Would definitely recommend. Many thanks!
Iam over the moon with my new bathroom its absolutely beautiful. I can't believe how it looks its amazing 🤗 the guys done a fantastic job.
