I hired them to deliver tables/chairs for my niece’s birthday party. They got confused with the delivery address even though I made sure they understood that the billing address on my card was different from the delivery address. I paid through the phone and made sure she understood this. They ended up going to the wrong address and had the nerve to call my sister to YELL AT HER because they were upset that they went to the wrong address.
