This contractor is completely incompetent. He was hired by my company to do minor trim repair and exterior paint. I caught him using drywall mud to repair rotted wood and when he did replace trim he used untreated Pine 1X material. He hired day laborers to do the work but rarely showed up on the job site himself except to go fishing at our pond, instead of working.
