There are many Ethiopian restaurants to choose from in the DMV, but I think Yeshi Kitfo rises to the top. Very friendly and the food was great, with some dishes I hadn’t seen before, including several vegan options. I’m looking forward to returning!
One of those rare meals where you can just tell it was made with great care, pride, and love - wonderful and relaxing atmosphere with great service.
Awesome Ethiopian food, best I've had in the city. Chefs clearly give a damn, get the kifto, beef tibs, and the sambusa. But the atmosphere is what really elevates the place, one of the coolest dining interiors I've ever seen, feels like really nice home dining. It's criminal that not more people are going, absolutely check it out before it gets popular.
Very nice meal, Selam took great care of us and made good recommendations. The misir wat was delicious, as was the injera. Would gladly return. Thanks!
