A doctor refused to see a patient who did not speak English. The office staff displayed a rude attitude when I confronted them about their behavior. They subsequently called the patient, falsely claiming that the doctor wanted to leave early, while a person fluent in English was present nearby. I contacted them regarding a bill they sent for a 'no-show' appointment that was canceledby yhe staff. They blatantly lied, stating they were present the entire time. Excellent doctor
When having to see a Pulmonologist, it’s only natural to have your concerns and worries. I have on more than one occasion, actually many, made calls and asked questions. Dr. Nayak’s staff has always put me at ease and made me feel comfortable. I would especially like to give a big thank you to Kaila who, on most days, was on the receiving end of my calls. She was so kind and understanding of my situation and never, ever made me feel like I was an interruption to her day. Kudos to Dr. Nayak for hiring her.
This doctors office is super insensitive for there patients I had a set appointment for 18th I was 100% attending too and on the 17th I got 3 phone calls asking if I was coming all with in 3 hours I’m a working adult I couldn’t answer me phone. then the 4th phone call that day they canceled my appointment for the 18th so now I don’t show up because it was canceled on me.
