I schedule an appt 3 month ago(soonest available) on day of appt I talked to Insurance and they tell me she's no longer in network. Called the office and they say she takes the insurance, call insurance again and they garantee she's not in network. Missed my appt. DO BETTER RUSH!
Dr. Valdez is a wonderful physician. She is kind, empathetic, very knowledgeable, and will go the extra mile without any prompting. You’d be doing yourself a favor being seen by her.
