She did the roughest Pap smear of my life. It was so rough and rushed. I never felt so uncomfortable in my life. I went to my car and cried after the procedure and every time I think about it makes my skin crawl. Also, I waited an hour for less than 3 min. Doctors should never rush such a procedure but that’s what happens when they over book and money is more important for them than thorough patient care. Don’t choose her! Trust me and the other comments about her.
I had an appointment today with Dr. Moya at the womans center in st. Cloud location for a pap smear, and unfortunately, I was extremely disappointed. After few years since I last saw her, the entire visit lasted less than five minutes. The pap smear itself took under two minutes. She barely spoke to me, just asked if I had any questions, and showed no interest or empathy. There was no physical exam—no blood pressure check, no other assessment, just a rushed procedure. Worst treatment I have ever experienced at a doctors office, she came rushing to the room didn’t explain what she was doing until I complained tha I felt like she was treating me like a cow , I felt abused , please don’t go to her is goin to be you worst experience. I felt like making a formal complaint but when I ask for a manager there wasn’t any . At the St. Cloud location. Waited 30min for 5min. rushed interaction. "You have any questions" while walkimg towards the door makes you feel like an inconvenience specially when you're expecting instructions. Read the other reviews and go with someone else.
Dr Moya was unprofessional, yelling while talking , rushing and doesn’t even give you a chance to ask your question, it was a waste of time . I will never see her again .
