While I love coming to get my hair done, but when the owner Yessenia is not in the shop, there is a language barrier because her stylists do not speak english not even a little bit. and I don't speak spanish. I wish she had stylists that are billingual. How can provide service if no one can undertstand each other? This is a HUGE issue and I noticed others in the comment section posting about the same thing. Yessenia, I hope you read this message and get some stylists that can communicate with customers effectively. Thanks
Should have went through the reviews before I went but I was in the area and needed my hair done so I went in expecting usual hair salon treatment. This is NOT any means an attack on the women working there but if I can’t understand you and you can’t understand me (everyone spoke absolutely no English), how can you service me? I also do not like that there isn’t prices posted anywhere, they can add anything to the price and not tell you why. I asked for the receipt and a price breakdown and they couldn’t give it to me.
