I waited for 2.5 hrs to see this doctor. My second appointment got cancelled twice despite having done all the bloodwork he requested. Was downgraded for a third attempt to the NP who failed to call my prescription and has not answered any of my calls phone calls. Nobody answers, called the nurse, the coordinator, the office pharmacist multiple times. Not a single phone call was answered. PROLIA is an injection every 6 months and the can not even manage that! Go somewhere else and avoid delays in your care or missed doses. T... read more
I haven't seen the doctor yet but the office is very disorganized. They have no respect for our time. Appt is 11am and its 1216 and many are still in front of me. o
