Great Customer service, needed some equipment and they were very helpful. Couldn’t believe the reviews on these ladies at the front desk.. they went above and beyond to help me and my father get all the equipment we needed. Delivered and picked up at a reasonable price.
Great people. Easy to rent from
There is a lady that works the front desk. She is one of the rudest people I have ever encountered. She is short tempered and condescending. It's hard to rate anything else about my experience with yesco, just the way I was treated by this lady.
Quite literally the absolute rudest employees. They should not work in customer service AT ALL. Because they are a girl ran business I guess that makes it to where they have to be rude to everyone. Lost my business. Unless you want to be treated horrible I would take your business elsewhere. They will also give you equipment with no gas.
