If you can find another scaffold rental company, it'd be in your best interest to do so. Very unprofessional,disorganized, and none transparent group of people. Install was not safe, workers had to come out twice to get up to safety standards. I've waited over a month for an itemized list of what i'm renting and the prices. Still waiting on itemize list that should have came with the contract. The job was oversold and they had to come back twice for safety issues with the scaffolding. The scope of work has changed and again, I'm still waiting on an itemized list. I can see why nobody leaves good reviews.
First time rental from Yesco. Front desk was knowledgeable and helpful about the equipment & the process was efficient. Will be back for more.
