Rented a boom lift for the weekend. Personnel were courteous the yard people were helpful. Equipment was in top notch condition. Overall a good experience.
The bad attitude towards customers from the lady on the phone is just sad: I thought it was because of my accent but looking at the reviews here I can tell is just lack of professionalism
The staff members were very nice and helpful.
Last week I called ahead about picking up scaffolding and what the process was for doing so. The lady answering the phone was one of the rudest people I have ever talked to. All i was informed of was you need a credit card without an account. Today, like last week, very rude.
