If you can find another scaffold rental company, it'd be in your best interest to do so. Very unprofessional,disorganized, and none transparent group of people. Install was not safe, workers had to come out twice to get up to safety standards. I've waited over a month for an itemized list of what i'm renting and the prices. First time rental from Yesco. Front desk was knowledgeable and helpful about the equipment & the process was efficient. Will be back for more.
Great customer service and fast
The lady in the office is by far the rudest unhelpful lady I’ve ever dealt with. They don’t want your business I can prove that by who they have working in that office answering phones. Don’t waste your time with these people if renting equipment go to Herc rentals. If I could give 0 stars I would without hesitation. Shame on the business owner for allowing his staff to speak to a potential longer term customer the way she spoke to us. Take your business to someone that appreciates your business.
