There is a lady that works the front desk. She is one of the rudest people I have ever encountered. She is short tempered and condescending. It's hard to rate anything else about my experience with yesco, just the way I was treated by this lady.
Quite literally the absolute rudest employees. They should not work in customer service AT ALL. Because they are a girl ran business I guess that makes it to where they have to be rude to everyone. Lost my business. Unless you want to be treated horrible I would take your business elsewhere. They will also give you equipment with no gas.
Rented a boom lift for the weekend. Personnel were courteous the yard people were helpful. Equipment was in top notch condition. Overall a good experience.
The bad attitude towards customers from the lady on the phone is just sad: I thought it was because of my accent but looking at the reviews here I can tell is just lack of professionalism
