Did a 4 star only because once they showed up it was great work by the technician. Was a busy holiday season for them as stated by representative. But this is my experience with Yesco. Had my representative mix up emails and duplicate approval emails and lack of response for a couple weeks. only at my pushing and proding did he finally get me on there schedule, Then on the day scheduled, I hear that the truck has broken down and no way to fit me in that day. You contacted us about our sign. We knew we had some bulbs out. We agreed to have someone look at it. I approved for the technician to come on July 25th and was told it would probably be sometime in the next week, or the salesman would reach out. I didn't hear anything until I got an email on August 7th with 3 options. The cheapest option was $2,000 to replace 5 failed light bulbs. I can't afford that kind of lightbulb replacement and will seek other options.
