Great company, great communication and beautiful work.
You contacted us about our sign. We knew we had some bulbs out. We agreed to have someone look at it. I approved for the technician to come on July 25th and was told it would probably be sometime in the next week, or the salesman would reach out. I didn't hear anything until I got an email on August 7th with 3 options. The cheapest option was $2,000 to replace 5 failed light bulbs. I can't afford that kind of lightbulb replacement and will seek other options.
Very pleased with their service and responsiveness to our requests. Great communication and excellent work.
They provided a recommended repair/upgrade of my YellowFinn Sushi sign lighting. Estimate was done quickly.
