Worst customer service!!! Booked a ride with them weeks before our trip to Honolulu and it was cancelled due to car not being available, rebooked it with they cancelled our ride cause it was “accidentally given to someone else” such an inconvenience! Terrible terrible terrible

Don't rent from these guys. They gave me some BS about they wouldn't let me rent the car unless I had liability insurance and my liability insurance wasn't valid from Canada (which it was) then instead of selling me liability insurance they ended up charging me for a LDW which my credit card already had. I'm not sure if it was just incompetence on the part of the guy I rented from or just a scam but either way save your money and shop with a real car rental agency.
Expedia will tell you that its a 350 deposit, when actually its 500, and you MUST have 3rd party car rental insurance. Also you have to call 20min before you leave the airport for them to pick you up, this rental company is not part of the airport
