Okay, looking at previous mixed reviews got me a bit worried , but being a frequent traveler, and renting car numerous times, this is probably the best car rental experience ever. I provided all information including my insurance info even tho I have primary insurance for rental through my credit card. Primary reason for using them is due to having additional driver included in their pricing and the price of a rental was 2/3 of major car rental place. Note: I did not need a ride to or from the airport. I am local and a friend gave me a ride to the location. If you can get over the fact that pick up is located on the third floor of an office building, it was great. They were easy to deal with and communicative when I had to modify my rental a couple of times.
TL;DR, if you accept car rentals at 8pm, be available at 8pm. If you require proof of liability insurance, state so up front, before people rent from you. Booked a car via economy bookings for 8pm to 8pm. Yesaway contacted me about a day prior, and confirmed 8pm pickup. We arrived about 7pm, and spent a fair time trying to find their pickup location, as they are offsite at some weird industrial area.
