Waited a long time for just 3 onigiri. The kitchen staff were chatting and forgot my order until someone finally realized I was still waiting. Giving it a few stars because the onigiri was actually delicious, but the service needs work.

I placed an order in person and the man at the counter seemed bothered. He wasn’t kind, welcoming, or happy to help me at all. Good service is very important to me no matter how good the food is. I hope he was just having a bad day because that really rubbed me the wrong way. On the brighter side I ordered an eel nigiri and tuna mayo onigiri and both were great. The eel was some of the best I’ve had. The tuna mayo, although bland, was a delicious snack. Would possibly go again, but order ahead.
