Absolutely loved my experience! The design alone is breathtakingly beautiful—the attention to detail is truly unmatched. My cuticles have never received such careful, precise attention, and you can really see the care that goes into every step. The staff was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and professional. All-around excellent service, and I couldn’t be happier with my nails. Highly recommend working with Ally Lin!

I have been a loyal customer of this nail salon for a long time, and this was one of the most disappointing experiences I’ve ever had. The new owner has a very poor attitude. She speaks loudly and often raises her voice at customers. I understand that your salon charges $10 to remove nails, even if they were done there, and that’s your policy. me and my friends got gel manicures and pedicures and it was overall a great experience for us! for me, my tech was vivian and I thought she was really good!! she was very gentle with my hands and feet, and her technique was very good in my opinion with cleaning up the cuticles. I also thought she was friendly and kind and good with the application of the cateye gel polish. also, they were very nice about fitting the three of us pretty late in the day.
