Great Move class with Dezzie and such friendly staff! Appreciated the recommendations from Alyssa :)
Took my first session a few days ago with Ryan!! HE'S AWESOME!!! It was a follow the leader fitness workout class. It was SO fun!! Absolutely coming back, i want to keep coming here for the fitness workouts, and to take other dance classes because i am a dancer. Everyone is so nice! Staff is amazing. I felt so empowered and welcomed. I feel so free and so confident here, absolutely 5 stars i'd give more if i could!!! :)
I visited STL and popped by for a super fun Poms class here! The instructor, Sam Y, was easy to understand, personable, and made the class so fun and welcoming. They provided the poms, the class was packed (but not too full to move easily) and the participants were also kind and welcoming. Will drop by again next time I'm in town!
