Kodie (rep), Mark (manager), and Wes (tech) knocked it outta the park today!! My car was acting up on a long drive home from Cincy and we pulled into Univ Ford Service and they listened, investigated, repaired, and sent us on our way home so very relieved! Now THAT’S reliable service! Thanks University Ford!
This shop is a joke. Hopefully you have a code they can use to diagnose a problem, because if you don't I promise they won't be able to identify any issue without one.
The service department is horrible rude people that work there. I will never ever take any vehicle of mine there again worst service department around..
Had an appointment at 8 am not 9 am to have tires rotated still waiting to get that done some of the people that work in the service department need to be friendly if you don't like your job go somewhere else to work I'll take it to downtown ford in Charleston next time will get my business from now on
