A little expensive but got me back on the road fast. Nice people.
Gave them a one only because the lady at front desk does a really good customer job. They way over charge. I left without having any work done but had to pay $178 for the test they require even for minor things such a signal bulbs.
I had a very positive experience working with Austin Bryant at Yes Ford in Huntington West Virginia. He was very polite and informative. He made me feel very welcome and assured. I would definitely recommend Yes Ford.
Took car in for a manufacturer recall and nothing was fixed. Tried blaming it on a different problem which has nothing to do with the recall. $155 later and still the same issue as the recall was for. Find yourself a trusted mechanic or do the work yourself. Never go here !
