The service department is horrible rude people that work there. I will never ever take any vehicle of mine there again worst service department around..
Had an appointment at 8 am not 9 am to have tires rotated still waiting to get that done some of the people that work in the service department need to be friendly if you don't like your job go somewhere else to work I'll take it to downtown ford in Charleston next time will get my business from now on
Kodie is always pleasant and reliable. She always keeps me informed and always make sure my vehicle is taken care of from top to bottom. I will always Highly recommend Kodie and University Ford to everybody needing service!
I love this place, they are pretty decent at keeping to a schedule, prices, and being consistent. I love working with Kodie specifically, she's my favorite rep there, and if you're not being a Daren or Karen, she will absolutely take care of you. People in this day and age are too impatient, don't read, and can't communicate without being confrontational. If you give that kind of energy, I feel like you should get it back, but Kodie is by far the most patient and giving there. You treat her right, she will go above and beyon... read more
