No! Just No! Yes Communities is a terrible company and they don't care about their tenants. I was a great tenant- paid my rent on time each and every single month, informed them of issues immediately and kept up with my yard work. I had so many issues in my home, my bedroom floor wasn't attached to the wall and you could see outside, there was a crack from the bottom corner to the top corner that you could tell someone just put a thick coat of paint over- you could see outside. I absolutely love our community. Here at Independence Station we look out for one another and have formed many friendships with our neighbors. So glad we have found our home is the beautiful hills of independence, Missouri.
I have been here for 3 yrs. Never had any trouble.
This place sucks. Lot rent keeps going up and nothing gets done. Georgia is a dictator and pool hours are ridiculous
