No! Just No! Yes Communities is a terrible company and they don't care about their tenants. I was a great tenant- paid my rent on time each and every single month, informed them of issues immediately and kept up with my yard work. I had so many issues in my home, my bedroom floor wasn't attached to the wall and you could see outside, there was a crack from the bottom corner to the top corner that you could tell someone just put a thick coat of paint over- you could see outside.
