I wish you could give zero stars. We have lived at Dutch hills for just over a year. We purchased our trailer and the previous owner left things behind and house a mess. Went back and was not going to sing papers and walk away. Should of. Manager said I will have my staff come down and take care of a few items. Never happened. 1 remove trash. 2 remove leaves from yard since leaf clean up was not informed. There are too many issues that need to be addressed in the Hickory Creek mobile home park in Denton Texas but there's no staff to speak of. There used to be at least three people in the office and now it's only the manager. My opinion is that YES communities doesn't give a darn about how any of their properties look just as long as they get their money. A family member also lives in one of the parks mentioned in a recent review-Hickory Creek in Denton, Texas. Everything she said is correct. In April 2023 the previous management hired people to come in and to selectively tear nice decorative fencing out of people's yards as well as steal items off the decks. It was only a few houses and some of them were decent or even nice homes, which is only about 1% of the park.
