If I could give 0 stars I would. I ordered a new AC unit through the corporate office. We'll the man that installed it was/is an idiot. I have had to have a company come out twice now one for A/c because the idiot that installed it told me to turn Heat on and turn the thermostat up to cool my house.. (what) ... well turns out I needed to add a wire to run both AC/heat so $650. Later I now have a functional unit... And BTW what is with all of the gigantic speed bumps... of course I k ow what yes communities is. I live in one.... read more
I need someone to give me a call about how the manager treated us about mold and have the nerve to ask for payment when we had to move out for two weeks.
Omg this place just keep’s getting worse! I’m moving out when my lease runs out! When I moved in her Roberts owed it I was told it was ready to move in liars! I had no water for a whole year who does that and they wouldn’t fix it! It still doesn’t work I my master bath, just found out the problem the spout is broken! I pay 700 a month to least this land they do no up keep! We have a bad flea situation now they’ve done nothing I got rid of mine at my expense it’s because my neighbor feeds feral cats which poop in our yards ha... read more
