Managers are not very nice. Because my neighbors keep lying to them and never ask me for my story
There are too many issues that need to be addressed in the Hickory Creek mobile home park in Denton Texas but there's no staff to speak of. There used to be at least three people in the office and now it's only the manager. My opinion is that YES communities doesn't give a darn about how any of their properties look just as long as they get their money.
A family member also lives in one of the parks mentioned in a recent review-Hickory Creek in Denton, Texas. Everything she said is correct. In April 2023 the previous management hired people to come in and to selectively tear nice decorative fencing out of people's yards as well as steal items off the decks. It was only a few houses and some of them were decent or even nice homes, which is only about 1% of the park. This company is only out for the money. The rent for the lots is quickly closing in on $1,000 per month and the Hickory Creek Park in Denton, Texas has been understaffed since the new manager came in. It's just her and one full-time maintenance guy. Claudia, the regional manager is related to one of the previous managers of the park and she should have been fired for running it into the ground but instead was transferred to another property. My experience with The Breakers, a Yes! Communities property in Jacksonville, FL, has been extremely frustrating and damaging. On May 14, 2025, I was erroneously sent to a collection agency for $277.02, a debt for which they have provided absolutely no evidence or justification. There are no charges in my online portal, nothing was ever mentioned verbally, and no unpaid statements were presented. We remain in good standing with our lot rent.
