Customer service is appauling. They would rather mock you for what you dont know then be reasonable and respectful about it.
Had great service , walked in a bit confused about the part I required and was given all the assistance that you could ask for , been to a few wreckers and this crew were the most helpful I have ever met , thank you
would recomend the starf is very helpfull and there prices are well worth the trip they have a wide selection of cars and the fact most cars are on concrete it makes it easyer to remove parts with out laying in the dirt wasextreamly happy with my visit
I usually always love going to the Yeppoon Wreckers, but after today’s incident I won’t be going back. Never have I been made to feel like such a bad person in my life over something I was not aware of. Long story short I needed a screwdriver to take some door handles off a falcon, even asked the bloke for a screwdriver explaining what I was taking off all good no dramas I continue on with my journey. Only to finally leave and to be made to feel like utter rubbish over “wrecking there stuff”getting a mouthful at the counter ... read more
Brought many vehicles over the years and have all my roadworthies done here. Staff are great. Large variety of vehicles and a well organised and clean yard. One of the last surviving self serve wrecking yards for good reason.
