I sincerely advise everyone to think carefully before using tax services here. Their working process is unprofessional, irresponsible, and behind schedule, even though I proactively contacted them via phone and email, provided all necessary documents, and followed up multiple times. Their attitude is unhelpful, condescending, and bureaucratic. This has been one of the most disappointing experiences I’ve ever had.

This was our first and definitely last time using this tax service. My friend was referred here by a friend and told her taxes would be completed within a day. Instead, she waited three days, during which she called, texted, and emailed dozens of times, trying to get any response. Most of the time, no one picked up. This is the first and last time I come to this place to do my taxes!! I was introduced to this place by a friend for consulting services. They said they would finish my taxes in 1 day, as a result I waited until the 3rd day and it was still not done. I paid for the service, patiently called, texted and emailed them to try to finish my tax paperwork. I called them on average 10-12 times a day and they never picked up.
