They are conscientious and do a good and professional job with the least amount of pain as possible - I like that!
Very good service
I appreciated Dr Yen was willing to explain upfront the cost of my surgery around $300 bucks. I agreed and proceeded for it. But it then turned out the lab test cost another $250 from the lab firm; and Dr Yen's office charged additional $400 plus afterward because they cannot get paid by the insurance. I don't get it.... I thought $300 out-of-pocket explained was solid clear, but $900 plus was the unexpected final settle. This isn't right~~~ Things did not disclose transparently.
