I came in concerned about not being able to lose weight, and wanting to adopt better eating habits. Yashica was very attentive to my concerns as far as my hormones and possible issues.Her knowledge and experience lead me to reach a short term goal. As well as gaining better eating habits with her accountability I’m more aware of what my body can tolerate and what my body needs to thrive.
