Utter Nightmare. I walked past their job site at 7447 Corliss Ave N nearly every day for a couple of years- and in my 40 years as a carpenter I've never seen the likes of this outfit. (This isn't the job site another reviewer mentioned as this house does not have a paved driveway.) They were truly deplorable and the "remodel" they did defies belief. I am a builder and have found Yen Design to be a cut above. They are very responsive and help move projects along in a timely manner. They also know the rules and how to work with the building departments which make things turn key for me. I have recommended and will continue to recommend.

For us, it turned out that we were able to proceed on our own, so we greatly appreciated the honesty that allowed us to save money.
