I came to this establishment to get my nails done on a Monday morning during their business hours. I clearly see they're open & I see 2 other white ladies getting their nails done HOWEVER as soon as I walk in the door now you don't have anyone available to do mine when I'm clearly watching you perform the same service I asked for but was denied! Asked for French tip but provider was not confident in achieving the look I wanted. Proceeded to do something simple so I thought and this was the outcome after 30 minutes under the dryer and less than 30 minutes of leaving the establishment.
The first time I went to this shop Ken did my nails and they were beautiful. I went back for a second visit and they had a woman there who was a new nail tech at this shop. She claimed to have 20 yrs. experience however my nails were horrible. I had to go back four times total for repairs within 2 wks. Eventually, I had to pay to have my nails completely redone after wearing for only 2 wks.
