horrible company to deal with. having problems with a product i bought from them. Mr. Yemm is uncooperative, dismissive and won't take responsibility for a faulty product. keeps making excuses-trying to blame our installers etc..had it special made and it came in short. trying to blame the measurements when the tiles are short. I would never deal with this company again. And I am telling the architect who speced the product to never use it again. I will make sure I let people know what an awful company Yemm and Hart is.
