I usually go to the LaSalle location and always order the Spanish latte with light ice and almond milk, and I’ve always had a great experience there. Yesterday, I went to another location and unfortunately had a really disappointing experience. My order was taken and I was charged, but I ended up waiting around 30 minutes only to be told that they weren’t able to make the drink I ordered.
