Could not get favorable outcome in traffic case with video evidence... terrible
Personally, it was a waste of my time and money. I had received a traffic ticket for driving in the wrong lane in the construction zone. I called Yemc Law Offices to help fight the case for me and they couldn't even get the judge to do anything in my favor. I've known people to get worse citations such as DUIs and driving without licensing reduced. I've never spoken with Yemc himself because he is always "so-called" busy, only with his clerk by the name of Lucy Baldwin. I was robbed of the chance to build a solid relationshi... read more

I DO NOT RECOMMEND. I received a distracted driving citation. I was recommended to this law office by a company that seeks out stellar legal counsel. They set me up with this guy which was a big mistake. The court offered me a deal in which points and fees would be waived for a citation. The citation would still show up on my MVR after it was all said and done though. Since this is not what I wanted considering I am a CDL driver and overall this will looks very bad on my record, I seeked out legal counsel and was given this ... read more
