This company is appalling. I have had the worst experience working with them. The office manager Yvette is rude and unprofessional, they do not communicate properly, they will deny you services for your child because they don't want to fix their issues. Their "qualified professionals" are far from qualified, the team is inconsistent and horrible to deal with.
This people do what they want. I barely hear from them and it's a team. We are supposed to talk once a week for an hour. It doesn't happen. I get 15 minutes worth and promise to call me later. Is anyone else having this problem?
