I suffer from depression, anxiety and PTSD and have been a patient of Dr. Jeffrey. I have a lot of memory issues due to my anxiety and current life stressors. I forgot about a couple of my appointments and had to cancel a time or two due to lack of child care. They dropped me as a patient and caused me to have a breakdown this past week. Pretty unprofessional staff. No one knows what’s going on. No one ever calls back. Been waiting almost a month for an appointment and can’t get a straight answer regarding when I can be seen.
