After I was promised the first month was totally free and they wouldn't charge me, I was charged $260 at once, and then another $240, all I got from them was 20 calls a day from scammers to my husband and I'm on the phone and 0 customers, I don't recommend it!!!! Scammers
This does not even deserve 1 star. Someone created a fraudulent account for me and my business, provided inaccurate information, and then linked me to a complete stranger doing completely different kind of work, with a different name, who is "apparently running a scam". When I called the Yelp support team, they refused to do anything and simply said "This happens all the time, there's nothing we can do, we can't even direct you to management." Yelp need to get their act together with customer service support for businesses. No surprise that they have a bad rating.
I’ve tried to have my personal phone number removed from Yelp, but they refuse to take it down. As a small business owner, I should have control over my own contact information. It’s frustrating and unprofessional that Yelp makes this process so difficult. They also do not delete profiles EVER! SO if at any point you want your profile taken down , they will NOT remove it. Think twice before adding your private info to the business
