AL is great! M Knowledgable, going the extra mile to give the best service.
We had out to repair our ac unit. He showed up same day we called and had the parts in his van to repair the problem. He made some suggestions for improvements to prolong the life of our heat pump/furnace. His price was reasonable and explained everything he would do to get the ac working same day.
Condescending toward females. Left with a few of my tools and added rodents to my home.
Man this guys is so bad at driving his big blue bulky van. He literally wanted to get hit that, but luckily I was not driving fast. He sped through my right of way like some mad man. I’m the second one to leave this type of a review, I hope he starts driving safe on the road!
This spring Al agreed to repair my senior disabled mother’s furnace. Repairs were costly and outside her budget but luckily she received emergency assistance to pay for the cost of repairs. Al got busy with summer time emergencies and assured her he’d be out to do the repairs when he got caught up and that he ordered the parts.
