I seriously hate this place. Nobody is ever available. You wait for at least a half hour just to get somebody on the phone. They charge you invisible fees that you have no idea you're being charged. Then once you pay them all of a sudden you have more charges that you are not informed of and have to pay them before you can even schedule a visit. Still on the phone, waiting, 20 minutes already. Trying to reach someone from scheduling to ask a question, and still on hold during normal working hours. If things are that busy, perhaps hiring more employees to answer the phone.
Doctors are great medical staff is great. Management is terrible. Most of the front desk staff is great minus the one with the British accent. If you ever have any issues, make sure to document it and speak with your doctor about it as the doctors are the ones who have the final say. Ask for names, ask for a note to be put through to your doctor as well so everything is documented. Even if you talk to your doctor, you still want it in writing in your chart. Ask for Managements email as well.
The Doctors here are absolutely phenomenal and love there patients and make us feel so comfortable, but the front desk staff have little to no patience or respect for anyone coming in, have verbally berated my partner and I over minor things such as change of address and are incredibly rude when it comes to asking questions. They have treated my partner so poorly during her pregnancy, that we refuse to even go back.
Drs are nice but everytime I go its an hour wait, why schedule those times then. Ask for certain days and they redirect you to days later. I wish there was somewhere else closer
