I was very disappointed with the comparison to what I ordered versus what was actually delivered. I understand it can’t be exactly like the photo but it’s very empty and most of the flowers aren’t even in bloom. I called and they said they would “exchange” the flowers the next day. They called my friend when she was out and said they would call me. Im so upset I spent so long looking on the website for the perfect flowers for the occasion and what gets delivered is nothing like what I ordered ...I ordered from the sympathy section for a passing in the family and the arrangement showed up with a huge bright orange party bow.. I was really surprised to see that they only had a 4.1 rating. With that being said My girlfriend and I had some friends that had suddenly lost one of their animals in a horrific way. This morning, I called Yelm Floral because my friend experienced an unexpected loss and I needed flowers on short notice. I had only 2.5 hours before I needed to pick them up. The person who took my order was very kind and understanding about the rushed request. I explained that I wanted soft colors of purple and white, along with lilies. I was really happy with the results and the care that went into this urgent order. I arrived to pick up the flowers 20 minutes early, and they were ready to go!
