Debbie @ Yelm Florist created beautiful arrangements for our daughter's wedding in September '26. She understood our daughter's vision and delivered exactly what our daughter wanted for her Bouquet, Boutonnieres, Corsages and Table Arrangements. We were very pleased with how fresh the flowers/greenery were when they were delivered to the venue and how full each and every arrangement was.
I was very disappointed with the comparison to what I ordered versus what was actually delivered. I understand it can’t be exactly like the photo but it’s very empty and most of the flowers aren’t even in bloom. I called and they said they would “exchange” the flowers the next day. They called my friend when she was out and said they would call me. When I followed up with my friend today (2wks later) she said they did not deliver a replacement and said they would call me but I never received a call. They never made it right ... read more
Im so upset I spent so long looking on the website for the perfect flowers for the occasion and what gets delivered is nothing like what I ordered ...I ordered from the sympathy section for a passing in the family and the arrangement showed up with a huge bright orange party bow.. I was really surprised to see that they only had a 4.1 rating. With that being said My girlfriend and I had some friends that had suddenly lost one of their animals in a horrific way.
