Im so upset I spent so long looking on the website for the perfect flowers for the occasion and what gets delivered is nothing like what I ordered ...I ordered from the sympathy section for a passing in the family and the arrangement showed up with a huge bright orange party bow.. I was really surprised to see that they only had a 4.1 rating. With that being said My girlfriend and I had some friends that had suddenly lost one of their animals in a horrific way. This morning, I called Yelm Floral because my friend experienced an unexpected loss and I needed flowers on short notice. I had only 2.5 hours before I needed to pick them up. The person who took my order was very kind and understanding about the rushed request. I explained that I wanted soft colors of purple and white, along with lilies. I was really happy with the results and the care that went into this urgent order. I arrived to pick up the flowers 20 minutes early, and they were ready to go!
If I could give no stars I would. We ordered flowers for a co-workers funeral, even checked the website stated open Fridays closed Sat and Sun. My Co-workers went to pick up the order Friday and no one was there the door was open she walked in waited a little while looked around for someone and left. My other co-worker came back an hour later and the closed sign was up. i've never had good experiences with this shop and suggested a diff shop however this one was closer. we will not be making that mistake again.
